This year, I am honoured to have been a part of the President’s Midyear Academy. As the 35th president of the JCI Manileña and — a modern Filipina, I am as ardent and compelled to succeed in my stint. This year’s convergence guided me in gearing up my aggressive skills and knowledge to run our local organizations efficiently and effectively. JCI Philippines has once again succeeded in kindling inspiration and empowerment as they strengthen our leadership qualities as local presidents. Our two-day program was supported by experienced JCI trainers who inculcated their best management methods and practices to make sure we come out more confident and equipped leaders.
